Oohhh, you book-verse Hiccup/Camicazi shippers are gonna hate me. No flames, pleez!
Just hear me out: I'm a believer in "opposites attract", Hiccup and Camicazi just have too much in common, and it's too "neat and tidy", in my opinion, for them to be an item.
However if you follow in the books, the banter between Camicazi and Fishlegs, they have a Ron/Hermione vibe between them. They wind up working together and supporting each other in most of the situations because Hiccup has to run off and be a hero. See? Starting to sound familiar?
