Static Shock Meme by Hollyboo2001 Static Shock Meme by Hollyboo2001
This was a fun meme for Static Shock fans!
The original by :iconlittledarlingeve: can be found here: [link]

Okay, I was halfway through this when I realized that the dpi was only like 72, so sorry this is not are clear as it should have been! D:
I had a major lazy-thing going on, instead of redoing my lines I just went with my original scanned lineart! My "Bang Baby" alter ego looked a lot better in it's full size, I may go back someday and make a neater version of it as a stand-alone, just for kicks and giggles! :D

Oh, by the way, I have :iconaeolus06: to thank/blame for that great Voltage vs. Static pic that sparked (lol, pardon the pun) my interest in the series. And big hugs go out to all the terrific SS artists and fanfiction writers who keep this fandom alive!

Not only is this adorable and hilarious, I love that a grown mother can enjoy cartoons (and the yaoi pairing).

Sorry it took me forever to respond, be forewarned, this reply is loooong:

If you've got a scanner and/or some sort of art software that will allow layers it's cinch (The Gimp, Photoshop - heck, even Photoshop Elements-, etc.)!
First, go to the blank meme, click on "download" so you get the best resolution and right click and save it to your pc.
If you're not comfortable drawing in your art software, because believe it or not, I'm not, so I almost always start with paper and pencil. Otherwise you can go on and start adding layers over the meme original and start drawing in your answers.
If you're a paper & pencil person like me, sketch out your responses and scan them in (I recommend a dpi of 300). No scanner? Then if you have a digital camera try your best to take of picture of each answer individually. Set your camera's resolution to the best possible, yeah that takes up memory, but you want the sharpest resolution possible to work with.
After your answers are uploaded or scanned in, go to your art software.
Open up the blank meme, add your layers above it (one layer for each answer is best), then open up your uploaded answer from there in your art software and copy/paste it onto the layer of the blank meme.
Use the tools in your art program to enlarge/reduce the size of your answers to fit in the spaces provided.
Wanna add some color? If your original uploaded answer is just a black and white sketch, then read carefully:
Go the answer layer, and convert it from "normal" to "multiply", that makes the white spaces sort of "see through".
Then create a layer(s) UNDER the answer layer to apply color in.
When you're all done and satisfied with how it looks, save a copy of it as a .jpg or .png (whichever floats your boat).
Hope this helps!
I learned a lot of what I now know about art software by reading the tutorials that other artists here on dA so graciously created. I also have a few basic tuts that I made in my gallery if you need a little more help with layers.
