So, here we have Miss Elphaba from the broadway version of "Wicked", casting a spell from the Grimmerie to save poor ole' Fiyero.

This took all week to do, I would whittle at it when ever I got a few moments to myself. And it's over 150 layers in it's psd form (yes, I have finally discovered the wonder that is "Duplicate Layer", Lol!).
Whew!

I have to thank Obsidian Dawn for the tree/eyelash/lace brushes. That girl is amazing!

Elphaba, Fiyero belong to G. Maguire., the world of Oz belongs to L. Frank Baum. And the musical belongs to people with more money than me.

I love that musical! Elphaba was such an awesome character. And I love that they have the woman who plays Moreen (not sure if that is how you spell it)from Rent playing her, she has an amazing voice. The song from that part "No good deed" Is my fav. Great job with the whole pic. I love the way the hair looks and her oufit! Wonderful job once again!

Thanks a bunch! Yeah, that transition was tricky, I didn't want it to come off looking like a comic with two frames, the swirling words of the spell helped tie it together .

You mean Idena Menzel? Yeah, she's awsome, I love her and Kristen Chenowth together and Elphaba and Glinda. You also oughta check out on youtube Lisa Brescia and Annabelle (?lastname?) from the Chicago production of Wicked. They're great too, i kept playing Lisa's NGD while I worked on this to draw inspiration.
I haven't seen "Rent" in it's entirety, clips here and there on youtube. I like "Seasons of love" and the reprise of "I'll cover you" at the funeral. So sad. :(

She is an amazing actress.

You really need to watch Rent. I have it on DVD! Its amazing. Seasons of love is awesome and I cried at the "I'll Cover You Reprise". Its soo sad. I hate that Angel died.
